How to use Watermark online

Add a watermark such as "CONFIDENTIAL", "DRAFT" or your logo to every page of a PDF, with full control over its look and position.

Select your PDF.
Choose a text or image watermark.
Adjust font, size, colour, transparency, rotation and position, and choose the pages.
Click "Add watermark" and download.

Your file is processed inside your own browser, so it is never uploaded to our servers.

Can I use my company logo as a watermark?

Yes. Choose "Image" and select your logo (PNG with transparency works best).

Can I watermark only some pages?

Yes. Enter the page range you want, for example 1-3.

Can the watermark be removed later?

Watermarks are drawn into the page, which deters copying. Keep your original file if you need a clean copy.
