These terms govern your use of PDFILOVE. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

PDFILOVE provides online tools to convert, edit, organize, secure and analyze documents. We may improve, change or discontinue features from time to time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@pdfilove.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Plans and limits

The Free plan includes any 2 tools per calendar month, up to 10 pages per day, and excludes Edit PDF. Premium plans remove these limits for the period you pay for. Limits reset at midnight and at the start of each month (India time). We may apply fair-use limits to prevent abuse.

4. Payments

Premium is billed in advance for the selected period and activated once payment is confirmed. Plans do not renew automatically. Refund requests made within 7 days of payment are reviewed case by case.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to your files. They are processed in your browser; for AI features you permit us to send the document text to our AI provider to produce the result. You confirm you have the right to use the documents you process and that they don't break any law.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, remove protection from documents you're not authorized to access, distribute malware, or overload or attack our systems.

7. Availability and disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We aim for accurate results and high availability but cannot guarantee that every conversion will be perfect or that the service will always be uninterrupted. Keep copies of important documents.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, PDFILOVE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

10. Governing law and contact
