You can browse every tool without an account. To process files, create a free account. It takes a few seconds and gives you 2 tools a month and 10 pages a day.

Any 2 tools of your choice each calendar month, up to 10 pages per day, and files up to 50 MB. A tool counts as one of your two as soon as you start a job with it, and once it is yours this month you can keep using it. Edit PDF is a Premium tool.

Pages are counted from the PDFs you upload (for example, merging a 3-page and a 2-page PDF uses 5 pages). For Word, PowerPoint, Excel, image and HTML files, we count the pages of the PDF that is created, or 1 page per file for other results. The daily count resets at midnight (India time).

Open Pricing, choose monthly (₹299) or yearly (₹2,499) and press Upgrade. Our team will email you payment details (UPI or bank transfer). Your plan is activated as soon as the payment is confirmed.

No. Premium runs until the date shown in My account. We will remind you before it ends, and you can renew from the Pricing page at any time.

If something isn't right, write to support@pdfilove.com within 7 days of payment and we will help, including refunds where appropriate.

Yes. Every tool runs inside your own browser, so your files are never uploaded to our servers. They stay on your device and are cleared when you close or reload the page.

No, we never receive them. We only keep basic account information and a record of how many pages and which tools you used, so we can apply plan limits.

AI summarizer and Translate PDF send the text of your document (not the file itself) to our AI provider, Groq, to produce the result. Nothing is stored. If you prefer, AI summarizer can also make a basic summary without AI when AI is unavailable.

Because processing happens on your device, large files and OCR depend on its speed and memory. For very large documents, use a computer and keep the tab open until it finishes.

PDF to Word works best with text-based PDFs. Scanned PDFs are images, so run OCR PDF first. Complex layouts may need small adjustments after converting.

Use Unlock PDF with the password first, then use any other tool on the unlocked file.

Yes, with Edit PDF (Premium). Use the Edit text tool and click any line to change it. The original font, size and colour are kept wherever possible.

Click "Forgot password?" on the log in page and enter your email. We will send you a link to choose a new password. The link is valid for 1 hour.

Each account can be signed in on a limited number of devices at the same time. When you sign in on a new device, the device you used least recently is signed out. You can see and manage your devices in My account.

Open My account and use "Delete my account" at the bottom. This permanently removes your account and usage history.
